HOPE Literacy earns Gold Star Rating

For more than two decades HOPE Literacy has been doing a lot with very little. We've served 9,089 people, activated 1,771 volunteers, and mobilized 125 churches. People have been empowered, churches have grown, and lives have been transformed. All these years of hard work and efforts invested in financial accountability have now been recognized by Guidestar, a clearing house for information on nonprofits. Guidestar has four levels of transparency awards: bronze, silver, gold and platinum. HOPE Literacy has earned the Gold Level, reflecting a high level of financial accountability.
